Shipping Rates

We ship all domestic orders via UPS., FedEx.,UPS Priority Mail. Charges are determined by the
weight of your order and the address to which your order is shipped. Freight is free for orders
within the domestic United States of $100 or more. Large orders that receive free shipping will be
shipped Parcel Post instead of Priority. International shipping costs are determined by the weight
of your order and the address to which your order is shipped. International orders will be shipped
USPS Parcel International service.

When will my order ship?
Your coffee will be roasted and shipped the next business day after your order. All orders placed
after 12:00 noon CST on Friday through Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.

Our Return Policy

How do I return products?
Returns of defective products must be made within 30 days of receipt of
shipment. Please include a copy of your invoice along with an explanation for the
return, including whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to
you.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is your responsibility, and you may use the carrier of your
choice. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is the result of our error.

When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 60 days for a refund of your purchase price to appear on your
credit card statement.

Please use our E-mail link to e-mail us. Be sure to include your order number, the
reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or replacement.
